Please carefully review our Return / Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Havilah & Co. LLC.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a replacement or a refund.
Our goal is to constantly improve our product and brand experience; our customer's feedback is vitally important to this process. Any, and all, feedback you can provide is welcome!
REFUND PROCESS
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you would like to request a replacement or a refund for your purchase, we ask that you submit a request to (hello@givehavilah.com) with the following information:
- Indicate whether you would like the product replaced or a refund
- The purchase order #/transaction#/receipt ID
- The date of purchase
- A description of the product issues
- Supporting photo(s) of the product issues
The Havilah & Co. LLC Team will review each request to determine whether a replacement is required or a refund is required. In the event a replacement or a refund is approved, you are not required to return the product. We would rather save you the trouble and the environment.
All request(s) for replacements or refunds must be submitted within (30) days of the purchase date.

REFUNDS
After the Havilah & Co. LLC Team reviews your refund request and determines a refund is warranted, we will process your refund. Please allow for approximately (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
